Antonina (or Antonia) Shevchenko fights as Antonina Shevchenko is a Kyrgyzstani Muay Thailand fighter for the UFC's flyweight division. She's older than her fellow UFC Fighter and the former UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko started her combat sports journey with a Muay Thai kickboxer. In 2012, she took home the WKC K-1 Light Welterweight World Championship In 2016, she won she won the Lion Fight Lightweight Championship and in 2016, she won the WMC World Championships. Antonina was last in action against Isa Tidblad Keskikangas, in the Phoenix Fighting Championship. The fight was won by an unanimous decision. Antonina Shychenko's pro MMA debut came in 2002 at the KFK Championship in Kyrgystan where she was matched against Anara Bayanova. She took the fight with a TKO after round 2. Her following two matches were staged in WXF X-Impact World Championships. Shevchenko was a dedicated kickboxer as she took a prolonged break from MMA.
